If you want to try some kava, we recommend getting a 100g pouch of any of the “instant kavas”. We say 100g because you need to have a lot at the start to really experience it’s benefits. 40g generally isn’t enough.
This one below is a nice simple blend to kick off with.
The Kava Toks PNG black label kava is amazing. It’s very strong, it’s high in kavalactones. This is a great kava. Just don’t drink it then go and operate heavy machinery. It’s also on sale at the moment.

You can literally add this kava powder to anything including a milk shake, smoothie, coca cola, coconut water. We know of one guy who sprinkles it on scrambled eggs.
The best way to have it is to put 2 heaped teaspoons into a glass of water, stir like crazy and chug it quickly.
Remember: kava is reverse tolerance. The first time you have it you will need to have a few glasses to really feel it. Once it’s in your system then a glass or two is enough to chill, get the mental health benefits and have a great nights sleep.
